The hotel is completely obsolete, almost derelict. AC is noisier than a 737 during takeoff. Windows were unclean to the point of spoiling the sea view. Cleanliness was borderline and the whole public area has probably not been repainted since the 70s. All in all a place not to go to.

The best thing is location - just off many shops and restaurants, the Sea and the beach. It has responsive and respectful staff and clean facilities.
Everything great.

The location was the only thing to like about this stay.
The room was very small. The carpet was old and smelly. The balcony was to narrow to enjoy. The stain on the deck going to the beach is a dark brown. This of course gets extremly hot.

The layout of the room. I did not get the free breakfast as advertised since the restaurant was a mile way and the wait time was about an hour . The room size was perfect for my wife and my two kids. I had a two bedroom. There was a tv in the living room and one bedroom. Each bedroom had a bathroom.
One bedroom without a tv. No breakfast on site as promised.9

The location was fantastic with easy beach access, and the room was well-stocked and organized, providing a comfortable stay. However, the outdated air conditioning made the room feel humid, and the furniture showed signs of wear. Consider this place if you're looking for good beach access but be prepared for some maintenance issues.

I like that it has a full kitchen and that it has beach access.
The staff didn't smile or treat us like they cared. Rude.

easy walk to great food and charming parks nearby
I was really surprised by how easy it was to stroll to nice dining options like Duffy Street Seafood Shack and take a relaxing walk through McLean Park, just a short distance away. The pricing is definitely reasonable for being on the beach and near Main St, offering me the chance to explore without needing a car.

Our oceanfront room gave us great views and easy access to the beach. We explored the nearby nature trails, a real treat. The place had a nice pool area and plenty of spots to relax. A heads up, the kitchen was well-stocked, so we saved on meals. Definitely a great choice for a group getaway!
One downside was the sliding doors. They felt a bit insecure, and we spotted some bugs in the bathroom. It took away from the otherwise great stay.

I had great service, very nice room and the office personal were top notch. I had a few problems but the staff worked them out asap. Planning onf rebooking for next year. I vacationed alone and had a great time. The site offered a great place to workout ...inside and out side pool very clean.
Wish I could of checked in at 12 noon and checked out at 12 noon. Which is not possible....Great trip.

We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. Kathy tried very hard to make up for the fact that our 2 bedroom suite was not available the first two days of our stay.
The fact that we did not get the room that we booked. It was a hassle to move all of our belongings and groceries to a different room. It was also difficult to split the family into 2 rooms that first couple of nights. Also, our expectations were not met because we did not know that it was a timeshare...We were under the impression that it was a resort.

Dude, the nearby eats were a blast! We chowed down at Duffy Street Seafood Shack, fresh seafood that had us raving. Plus, the indoor pool and hot tub were a hit for my daughter and granddaughter. Good vibes all around!
Let's keep it real-the balcony situation was a joke. We paid for oceanfront but ended up staring at a filthy window. And our stay was interrupted by maintenance issues with zero communication. Not a great look!
